I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Smiley. My mother, husband and I are all patients of hers. Dr. Smiley is very thorough, very caring. Unbelievably responsive to all questions, comments. We are all so grateful to have Dr. Smiley as our primary care physician.

There should be a sixth star rating for Dr. Nancy Smiley, without a doubt the best, most patient-oriented, thorough, practical, helpful PCP in Hawai'i, in every respect. And that's coming from the son, brother in law, uncle and close friend of doctors, and one whose extensive familiarity with medical practice and practitioners, in-patient, outpatient, and as an attorney and mediator in hundreds of medical cases, spans well over 50 years. If asked how a young doctor might best learn the best practices and patient care and communications possible, I would simply direct her or him to shadow Dr. Smiley and learn from her impeccable example. She is the best at what she does, to the good fortune of all of us whom she treats so well.
